Platinum Brick Properties are Manchester letting agents and estate agents based at 333C Claremont Road, M14. We look after landlords, tenants, students and buyers, and we keep things simple: clear advice, quick replies and a team you can actually get hold of.

For landlords we offer two levels of service. Our letting service covers everything needed to find and move in a good tenant, from setting the rental value and marketing the property to referencing, the tenancy agreement and collecting the first month’s rent and deposit. Our full property management plan goes further, with photographic inventories, periodic inspections, rent collection, monthly statements, safety certificates and day-to-day maintenance arranged for you.

If you’re looking for somewhere to live, you can browse our properties to rent or properties for sale, read our guide for tenants or apply online. Tenant deposits are protected with the Deposit Protection Service, and we are members of The Property Redress Scheme.

Which areas do you cover?

Our office is on Claremont Road in Manchester (M14), and we let, manage and sell homes across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

What is the difference between letting only and full management?

With letting only, we find and reference your tenant, prepare the tenancy agreement and collect the first payment, then hand over to you. With full management we also collect the rent, carry out inspections, organise gas safety and EPC checks, arrange repairs and send you a monthly statement.

How much deposit do tenants pay?

One month’s rent is taken as a security deposit. It is protected in a government-approved scheme and can’t be used towards rent.

How do I report a repair?

Existing tenants can use our maintenance form to tell us about the problem and upload a photo. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
